Title: The Blessed
Author: Sharon McMahon Moffitt
Subject: "A Sinner reflects on living the Christian Life"
Readability: 2
Summary: Using the Beatitudes as a basis for discussion, the author leads us into reconsidering our relationship with Jesus. This may be a more appealing read for women, but has a lot of amazing things to say to anyone. (We have an outlet that sells this book for cheap!)

Title: Traveling Mercies
Author: Anne Lamott
Subject: "Some thoughts on faith"
Readability: 2
Summary: My favorite author! She is very liberal and uses some expressive language, so if those things offend you, dont read this book. Aside from those two differences from most Christian literature, Anne Lamott has some very interesting and thought-provoking things to say. Her creative-writing style and testimony are wonderful.
